Notice of Intent UBM Maintenance Services

The 179th Cyberspace Wing, Mansfield, OH intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price order to M.I.C. Industries for a diagnostic review and evaluation inspection of UBM 120. The USG has determined that M.I.C. Industries is the sole provider and maintainer of this system. The purpose of this notice is to make the Government's intention in this matter public.

If there is any reason this requirement should not be sole sourced, due to incorrect information discovered during market research, please reach out to jeffrey.snyder.20@us.af.mil It is in the Government’s intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The size standard defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12.5 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued.

Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the government. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the required service and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror’s capability to provide the required services.

Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be received via email by jeffrey.snyder.20@us.af.mil no later than 6 Aug 2024 at 1:00 PM EST.
