Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities. The 179th CW/MSC, Mansfield, OH, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide: Ultimate Building Machine diagnostic review and evaluation inspection of UBM 120 200RHS is seeking on-site technical inspection services to be performed by a MIC Industries certified technician. There are no known issues with the equipment and the intent of this potential requirement is for a contractor to compile a complete and detailed list of all essential parts and repairs needed to restore the machine to optimal function for mission readiness. NOTE: Please submit electronic response indicating capability to provide services (no more than 3 pages) as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with contractor’s CAGE, DUNS, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice.
