The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No solicitation is currently available. Repair Fabric Shelter Doors B138 Description of Work: This project consists of repairing twelve (12) single leaf Mega Door brand of aircraft hangar fabric doors manufactured by Assa Abloy to full functionality by performing an on-site factory maintenance repair by Assa Abloy certified technicians. Replace all motors, gear boxes, door fabric, functionality testing, and inspection of twelve single (12) single leaf fabric door system in Building 138 Aircraft Shelter.

Additionally, replacement of all consumable parts for eight (8) of the same twelve (12) single leaf doors. Consumable parts were replaced on four (4) doors in March 2023, however, funding was not available for replacing the fabric, motors or gear boxes for those four doors. The end state of this project shall be twelve (12) complete and fully functional fabric door systems in Building 138 in accordance with the manufacturer and DoD standards.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision/quality control, and project management necessary to complete the Project Repair Aircraft Shelter Fabric Door Bldg 138 at the 174th ATKW Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY. This includes but is not limited to demolition/recovery/disposal of existing material or equipment, delivery/receiving of all material or equipment to B138. Use of Government equipment should not be considered during any cost estimation.

All on site work will be performed inside the FAA Controlled Movement Area at the following location: 174th Attack Wing Hancock Field Air National Guard Base 6001 East Molloy Road Syracuse, New York 13211 **All work shall be performed by Assa Abloy Certified Mega Door technicians**
