NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard (MAANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) Snow Broom Head Cartridges in accordance with the attached product description. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this solicitation.

Name Brand J&A A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services as outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation.

This solicitation, W50S81-25-Q-B006 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 - Construction Machinery Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available.
