Recruiting Advertisement Services. The Contractor shall execute a District of Columbia Air National Guard advertising campaign across three shopping centers: St. Charles Towne Center, Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, and Potomac Mills. At St. Charles Towne Center, the program includes a Sky Banner, escalator wraps, two static ad panels, and on-site tabling/recruitment.

The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City program features a large format digital board, three digital ad panels, a 6 x 6 Brite Wall in the breezeway, and similar on-site tabling/recruitment. Potomac Mills shall include an 8 x 14 Sky Banner, three static ad panels, and on-site tabling/recruitment. The total duration of display for all will be 12 weeks. Simon Property Group is the sole owner of the spaces of these locations needed by the Government. Please refer to the attached J&A for additional information.
