The Contractor shall execute a District of Columbia Air National Guard advertising campaign across three shopping centers: St. Charles Towne Center, Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, and Potomac Mills. At St. Charles Towne Center, the program includes a Sky Banner, escalator wraps, two static ad panels, and on-site tabling/recruitment. The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City program features a large format digital board, three digital ad panels, a 6 x 6 Brite Wall in the breezeway, and similar on-site tabling/recruitment. Potomac Mills shall include an 8 x 14 Sky Banner, three static ad panels, and on-site tabling/recruitment. The total duration of display for all will be 12 weeks.
