Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for bridge requirement for one-month base mobility communications services currently in place until new base comm requirement is processed and executed, for use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. ATT Mobility National LLC provider currently in place has the technical expertise to continue performance meeting existing compatibility and required compliance requirements.

Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
