ATT Mobility National LLC provider currently in place has the technical expertise to continue performance meeting existing compatibility and required compliance requirements. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
