USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to QuickSeries Publishing Inc. for a DMEC Bioethics Mobile Application renewal. The renewal includes Core Apps (iOS & Android) & Web-Based Admin Portal, AuthoringTool, Checklists, Event Schedule, News Module, PDF Library, Resources, Video Library, Welcome Message, eGuide Library and DMEC Bioethics eGuide. The anticipated period of performance is three years (one base and two option years). See attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source document for full details.
