## Description

USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to QuickSeries Publishing Inc. for a DMEC Bioethics Mobile Application renewal. The renewal includes Core Apps (iOS & Android) & Web-Based Admin Portal, AuthoringTool, Checklists, Event Schedule, News Module, PDF Library, Resources, Video Library, Welcome Message, eGuide Library and DMEC Bioethics eGuide.
