The National Guard Bureau, Operational Contracting Division (NGB-AQ-C) intends to procure services in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Chief of Staff Facility Management Office (CSO-F). The Government anticipates the award of a single firm fixed-price contract. The anticipated contract will have a base year and four (4) one (1) year options. This requirement is for the services as described in the Draft performance work statement (PWS).
The official PWS shall be provided with the posting of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement has been determined to be 485113, Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems with a size standard of $32.5 million (but is subject to change until the solicitation is posted). This acquisition will be a 100% Competitive 8(a) set-aside.
This synopsis is provided, in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201, for the purposes of publicizing this proposed action and is not to be considered a formal solicitation or request for proposal. All responsible 8(a) small business sources may submit a proposal for consideration in response to the final request for proposals (RFP) when it is issued. It is anticipated that the final RFP will be posted under solicitation number W9133L24R3804.
All parties interested in doing business with the National Guard Bureau are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from SAM.gov. The official RFP will be released no earlier than 06 March 2023. However, a draft solicitation with attachments has been posted below. (Note that it is a draft solicitation.
It does not intend to create a binding obligation on the National Guard Bureau to solicit any single vendor for this requirement nor to adhere to any of the requirements currently posted herein. The NGB also retains the right to refrain from soliciting any entities for this requirement). Vendors may send comments and questions about the draft solicitation.
