The Government anticipates the award of a single firm fixed-price contract. The anticipated contract will have a base year and four (4) one (1) year options. This requirement is for the services as described in the Draft performance work statement (PWS). The official PWS shall be provided with the posting of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement has been determined to be 485113, Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems with a size standard of $32.5 million (but is subject to change until the solicitation is posted). This acquisition will be a 100% Competitive 8(a) set-aside. This synopsis is provided, in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201, for the purposes of publicizing this proposed action and is not to be considered a formal solicitation or request for proposal. All responsible 8(a) small business sources may submit a proposal for consideration in response to the final request for proposals (RFP) when it is issued.
