Fire Suppression Sys Software Mx - Sole Source SIS

This is a synopsis of a requirement for a Fire Reporting Software Maintenance Contract, for Buckley AFB, CO 80011. Solicitation FA254324Q0036, will be issued on or about 5 August 2024 as a sole-source requirement to Security Information Systems, LLC (SIS). The contractor shall furnish all upgrades and support IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) at Buckley SFB.

The following is a brief description of the requirements for this contract: BSFB fire reporting system software updates for the government-owned fire reporting software license UL-1981; the support software provides smoke, heat and fire monitoring and reporting capabilities for 118 buildings. This will include quarterly site visits for manual system patching/security updates, a support plan for system patching/security updates, software upgrades, training, and 24/7/365 phone support.

The proposed contract will be a commercial, firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation information will be posted on SAM.gov at https://sam.gov. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. As a result of the posting, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a offeror’s mailing list.
