Solicitation FA254324Q0036, will be issued on or about 5 August 2024 as a sole-source requirement to Security Information Systems, LLC (SIS). The contractor shall furnish all upgrades and support IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) at Buckley SFB. The following is a brief description of the requirements for this contract: BSFB fire reporting system software updates for the government-owned fire reporting software license UL-1981; the support software provides smoke, heat and fire monitoring and reporting capabilities for 118 buildings. This will include quarterly site visits for manual system patching/security updates, a support plan for system patching/security updates, software upgrades, training, and 24/7/365 phone support. The proposed contract will be a commercial, firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
