O-Ring Repair Kits

In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c)(1), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to consolidate requirements for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Contract for for O-ring kits used for repair/overhaul of a breathing gas regulator. The acquisition comprises two DLA National Stock Numbers:

1st Stage Repair Kit NSN:

4240015428151 2nd Stage Repair Kit NSN: 4240015428152 This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidation acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the Government found that consolidation is necessary and justified and shall be available for seven (7) days prior to the release of the solicitation of this requirement.

The acquisition will be accomplished using FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 will be the source selection approach. The solicitation is anticipated for release on or around Monday 4 November 2024.
