Therefore, the Government found that consolidation is necessary and justified and shall be available for seven (7) days prior to the release of the solicitation of this requirement. The acquisition will be accomplished using FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 will be the source selection approach.
