Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR).

This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for a total quantity of 121 each. The required delivery is 134 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA CLIN 0001.
