UP TO 60 MONTH LEASE OF 152 MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DEVICES (MFDS) FOR HEADQUARTERS ARMY MATERIAL COMMAND (HQ AMC)

2) Provide an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached "HQ AMC PWS (6-27-2025)".

3) Update the Period of Performance (POP):

Start Date - End Date Months Base Period: 11/1/2025 - 3/31/2026 (5 months)

Option Period 1: 4/1/2026 - 3/31/2027 (12 months)

Option Period 2: 4/1/2027 - 3/31/2028 (12 months)

Option Period 3: 4/1/2028 - 3/31/2029 (12 months)

Option Period 4: 4/1/2029 - 3/31/2030 (12 months)

Option Period 5: 4/1/2030 - 10/31/2030 (7 months) 4) Incorporate clauses and provisions DFARS 252.225-7001, DFARS 252.204-7020, DFARS 252.204-7019. Please see attached "Amendment 0001 – Added Clauses and Provisions".

DLA has a requirement for an up to 60-month lease of 152 multi-functional devices (MFDs) and accessories/services for support of the Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC) at Redstone Arsenal, AL (144 devices shall be located in Redstone Arsenal, AL; 2 devices shall be located at Anniston Army Depot, AL; 6 devices shall be located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C.).

The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, on-site tech, and network security.
