Roll Up Fire Door Removal and Replacement

This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron is conducting market research on a potential upcoming project on Offutt AFB, NE.

Description: The removal and replacement of an existing AlarmGuard roll-up fire door (OR EQUIVALENT) and any accompanying equipment including track, frame, and motor, controls, and electronics. Summary of work: - Removal of existing roll up door, door track and frame, motor, and related equipment. - Installation of replacement roll up door, door track and frame, motor, and related equipment. - Door required to contain 20Ga. metal slats. - Motor to be 460V 3 Phase with auxiliary chain-hoist backup.

Additional requirements: Project to include warranties, adhere to relevant local and federal safety standards, and contractor shall provide all equipment and services required to compete project. Must be able to obtain required clearance and/or base access. Note - refer to attached Statement of Work for specific details and requirements.
