CVENT Online Registration and Event Managment Licenses

The purpose of this requirement is to establis a single delivery order to obtain on-line registration and event management license to support the Department's internal and external events, meetings, workshops, and conferences. The Department currently owns an expiring license for software with these capabilities with a need to maintain this capability. Each year, the Department executes over +75 events per year, to accommodate approximately 4,500 registrants.

The on-line registration site shall include the following features: Custom Event Websites On-line Registration Attendee Management Registration Management Event Logistics Email Campaigns Travel Management Surveys and Feedback Guest List Management Reporting and Analysis Ability to transition existing historical registration content 24x7 help desk phone support, on-line training, and maintenance FedRAMP Approved
