RRPV Solicitation Summary: On-Demand Manufacturing

This solicitation summary is to notify all potential offerors of a Request for Project Proposals (RPP) issued through the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle (RRPV) Consortium on behalf of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) titled, "On-Demand Manufacturing". The purpose of this effort is to advance manufacturing technologies that will improve access and enable faster, cheaper, more rapid, and more flexible production of vaccines and other biologics, through the development of decentralized, on-demand manufacturing strategies.
