12-Month Maintenance and Service Plan for Cold Storage Units

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has a requirement for maintenance services and repair on their cold storage equipment.

Description of Need: GOLD STAR FULL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM 1. Priority scheduling for all repairs 2. Certified Technician available twenty-four hours daily; weekends and holidays included. 3. Coverage includes all labor and replacement parts. 4. Two (2) Preventive Maintenance Inspections with ONE Point Temperature Calibration to be performed over the term of the contract. Multi Point Calibrations are to be available at an additional cost. 5. Inspection and/or Calibration labels will be affixed to each unit upon completion of each inspection. 6. Upon completion of each Preventative Maintenance visit, customer will receive to receive a PM Packet to include:

Certificate of Preventive Maintenance, Certificate of Calibration and Detailed Equipment status report that will provide an overview of inspection findings 7. Unlimited phone and e-mail support 8. Loaner units available during in-shop repairs 9. Billing monthly or quarterly in arrears **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LIST OF EQUIPMENT TO BE COVERED**
