This is a brand name acquisition of the Teledyne Flowlink Software. No "or equal" product will be evaluated for award consideration. The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis solicitation. PIMC requires the Teledyne FlowLink environmental compliance criteria software and license for use in the data collection process for the facility wastewater compliance permit. The software will allow for expedited workflow including daily data reviews of continuous pH monitoring, temperature, and flow of wastewater per facility permit requirements. The software should allow users to review and investigate environmental compliance criteria for the following:

1. Evaluation of pH continuous readings 2. Evaluate daily and monthly wastewater flow in gallons 3. Evaluate trends in fluctuations of flow measurements The evaluation will be based on LPTA. Please submit a brochure of the product you offer in your technical capability.
