RFI-USSS-NOSC-DRAFT PWS

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. All costs incurred responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Failure to respond to this RFI will not preclude participation in any future solicitation.

Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or sensitive information. The intent of the Government regarding the request for information is to gather additional information only. Responses to this announcement may not be returned, nor are there currently any planned discussions or request for additional information from the vendors.

However, the information obtained from the responses of this announcement will be considered and may be reflected if a subsequent solicitation is issued. The Government reserves the right to reach out and further clarify questions and to enhance the Government’s understanding if necessary.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to give industry a chance to provide feedback on the draft PWS and to further understand how industry may be able to help provide skilled personnel and methods/approaches to address the requirements detailed in the draft PWS Professional services are needed in the following task areas:
