Enterprise Service Desk T-Metrics

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS/Solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes and ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

Written responses to this Synopsis/Solicitation shall contain sufficie documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for A Turnkey installation of the T-Metrics ACD Contact Center system that includes all T-Metrics hardware and software components.

This is a Sole Source with T-Metrics Inc and is the only source capable of providing the T-Metrics ACD. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This Synopsis/Solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of the Synopsis/Solicitations. Phone calls will not be accepted.
