Notice of Intent (NOI) Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) and Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (LC/MS) Maintenance and Repair Services General Information This is an NOI as defined on FAR 15.201(e) to ascertain whether a commercial item exists that provides the capabilities described herein. This NOI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
This serves as the Government's notice of intent to sole source to Agilent Technologies, cage code 0YSC6. All information received in response to this NOI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the if the information is confidential. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this NOI.
Government Requirement: The Contractor shall provide one (1) preventative maintenance (PM) service per year, unlimited unscheduled diagnosis, repair, installation of replacement parts, and system software updates on a total of 9 Agilent Technologies systems to include:
600 MHz NMR, GCMS, and LCMS Systems that are currently in use at USAMRICD. The unscheduled response time is not more than 24 hours with unscheduled repairs complete within 48 hours of request. The requirement is for a twelve-month base period and four 12-month option periods beginning 20 June 2024. NOI Response Due Date:
2/16/2024 Instructions to Responders: Responses from all capable and qualified sources are encouraged to respond to this request. No hardcopies shall be accepted. No written solicitation document is available at this time. Telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. No inquiries regarding any potential future acquisition activities shall be entertained., Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via email to the Point of Contract listed below. Responses are due to the Point of Contact, Ms. Tiffany Heath at email tiffany.n.heath3.civ@health.mil no later than 3:00 pm ET, 16 Feb 2024.
