This NOI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This serves as the Government's notice of intent to sole source to Agilent Technologies, cage code 0YSC6. All information received in response to this NOI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the if the information is confidential. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this NOI. **Government Requirement:** The Contractor shall provide one (1) preventative maintenance (PM) service per year, unlimited unscheduled diagnosis, repair, installation of replacement parts, and system software updates on a total of 9 Agilent Technologies systems to include: 600 MHz NMR, GCMS, and LCMS Systems that are currently in use at USAMRICD. The unscheduled response time is not more than 24 hours with unscheduled repairs complete within 48 hours of request. The requirement is for a twelve-month base period and four 12-month option periods beginning 20 June 2024.
