Black and Gray Merino Wool Fabric for Cadet Dress Coats and Full-Dress Coat

The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement to procure 100% Merino Fabric Black and Grey for Cadets Dress Coat and Full-Dress Coat as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD25QA078. The Federal Government requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quotes. SF1449 must be completed as follows:

PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract)

PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (

must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature

PAGE 3-4: All the Unit Prices, Overall Amount for each individual Line Item (a total of 10) PAGE 42 through 61: Clause 52.212-3 (fill in applicable slots)

PAGE 60: Clause 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots)

Attachment 0001: Fill in TAA Compliance and Buy American (separate attachment) RFQ is considered "completed". Completion and submittal of SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions).

NOTE 1: This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 313310; standard size is 1,000 employees.

NOTE 2: Your quote must reflect the EXACT specifications and details listed on the SF1449 (no exceptions). Failure to meet this requirement will be considered as "Non-Responsive" and you will not be considered for this solicitation. SF1449 must be completed and attached with any quoted offers.
