General Purpose Excavator Agency/Office: Department of War 1. Description of Requirement The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this synopsis to announce its future intent to procure a commercial general-purpose excavator. The intended equipment will support engineering, earthmoving, and base operation tasks. While specific technical requirements are currently being finalized, the Government anticipates requiring an excavator that meets standard commercial specifications.

Future Actions At this time, no responses, quotes, or proposals are being accepted. If the Government determines that a formal solicitation is required to fulfill this need, the solicitation documents will be officially posted on SAM.gov under a separate notice. Interested vendors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for future updates regarding this potential procurement.
