Renovation of Education Center (BLDG 52)

The purpose of this project is to renovate several rooms in building 52 in order to expand the rooms for other purposes. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the repair by replacement of the following systems: interior painting, exterior painting, flooring, mechanical heating/cooling systems, electrical distribution, lighting, exterior doors, and interior doors.

The subject of this Project is to convert an entire floor of building 52 into an Army Education Center supporting classrooms, administrative spaces, and testing areas. In carrying out the work assignment issued under the contract, the Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth herein.
