SOURCES SOUGHT FOR Mobile Biometric Collection Kits with Training FOR FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS)

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), “Soliciting from a single source”.

The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Parsons Corporation 5875 Trinity PKWY STE 300 Centreville, Virginia 20120-1971, CAGE Code: 9R677 This requirement is for the delivery of ten (10) Javelin+ Mobile Biometric Collection Kits, manufacturer part number: XTR-JAV-S23 along with associated Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) training.

The procurement is in support of Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) under Foreign Military Sales Case RO-B-UFY. At the present time, Parsons Corporation is the only known manufacturer and reseller of Javelin+ Mobile Biometric Collection Kits within the continental United States (CONUS), and the only vendor capable of providing associated training CONUS and OCONUS.
