Follow-on Award for Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control/Operations & Maintenance Services

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a Sole Source follow-on award to New Garden Design, Inc. (“New Garden Design”) for Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control for FDA location of 466 Avenue Fernandez Juncos, San Juan, PR. This will be a firm fixed price award. The NAICS Code is:

561210 Facilities Support Services. The Government intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements for the above stated service. New Garden Design, Inc. located in BO. Sud CARR. 171, Km 0.9 Int, Cidra, Puerto Rico, 00739, is the current provider of janitorial, pest control and ground maintenance services at the San Juan FDA campus.

New Garden Design has the established: labor, equipment, protocols, and procedures in place to continue servicing the FDA requirements without a lapse of service. At this time, only New Garden Design, Inc. can provide services to ensure there is continuity with the existing services to maintain the FDA campus while a final acquisition determination is made.
