Sud CARR. 171, Km 0.9 Int, Cidra, Puerto Rico, 00739, is the current provider of janitorial, pest control and ground maintenance services at the San Juan FDA campus. New Garden Design has the established: labor, equipment, protocols, and procedures in place to continue servicing the FDA requirements without a lapse of service. At this time, only New Garden Design, Inc. can provide services to ensure there is continuity with the existing services to maintain the FDA campus while a final acquisition determination is made.
