June 21, 2024 NAICS: 541380 This is a Notice of Intent, NOT a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with SeqMatic, LLC for this requirement to procure the isolation in combination with the library preparation of samples by purchasing the whole genome sequencing and the single-nuclei sequencing services for continuation of the study.

Since single nuclei sequencing using flash frozen tissue was performed by SeqMatic LLC for the initial portion of this study, the request is to continue utilizing their same sequencing infrastructure to make comparisons across the samples.

Utilizing the same preparation techniques and sequencing will provide the most comparable results to the sequencing that has already been performed by SeqMatic LLC. Additionally, SeqMatic provides all isolation and preparation of the cells for library prep for the single-cell sequencing as well as the TCR sequencing.
