This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than Hardenbergh Company may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 10:00 AM MDT on April 23, 2026. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government.
