Rapid Mission Design Studies for Mars Sample Return

Amendment #4: This SAM.gov amendment announces that SMD has added a PDF with the file name: “MSR-Post-study Plans” NSPIRES that answers two questions: (1) What happens after reports of the 90-day studies are submitted to NASA?; and (2) What are NASA’s next steps, and how will decisions be made?
