## Description

**Amendment #4:** This SAM.gov amendment announces that SMD has added a PDF with the file name: “MSR-Post-study Plans” NSPIRES that answers two questions: (1) What happens after reports of the 90-day studies are submitted to NASA?; and (2) What are NASA’s next steps, and how will decisions be made?

**Amendment #3:** This SAM.gov amendment announces that SMD has added items to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES). Please visit NSPIRES for the FAQ document dated May 13, 2024. The offers due date remains unchanged.

**Amendment #2:** This SAM.gov amendment announces that SMD continues to post corrections, clarifications, and documents on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES). Please visit NSPIRES to retrieve the full, newly revised text dated May 6, 2024. A new, ninth (9th) document, located within the “Other Documents” section on NSPIRES, provides “Mars Sample Return Element Specifications.” A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is updated. This amendment also adds a third (3rd) PDF file labeled “RASMSR24_3rdEmail.” The offers due date remains unchanged.
