Competitive 8(a) Requirement—Instructor Support Services, Gulfport, MS NAVSUP FLC JACKSONVILLE intends to issue a Rquest for Proposal (RFP), on or about 10/8/2025 for Instructor Support Services in support of Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, MS. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide Instructor Support Services at Gulfport, Mississippi. This procurement is set aside for competition among eligible participants in the SBA 8(a) Program.

Description of Requirement: The contractor shall deliver qualified instructors to conduct Instructor Support services at Gulfport, Mississippi, in support of NCTC Gulfport, MS. Set-Aside Type: Competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants.

611519 Estimated Period of Performance: Base year of 01 Feb 2026 through 31 January 2027, plus 4 option years, and a 52.217-8, six month extension if required.

Solicitation Access: Interested eligible 8(a) participants are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation and associated documentation as soon as possible. The solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement into the 8(a) Program.
