## Description

Competitive 8(a) Requirement—Instructor Support Services, Gulfport, MS NAVSUP FLC JACKSONVILLE intends to issue a Rquest for Proposal (RFP), on or about 10/8/2025 for Instructor Support Services in support of Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, MS. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide Instructor Support Services at Gulfport, Mississippi. This procurement is set aside for competition among eligible participants in the SBA 8(a) Program.

**Description of Requirement:** The contractor shall deliver qualified instructors to conduct Instructor Support services at Gulfport, Mississippi, in support of NCTC Gulfport, MS. Set-Aside Type: Competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants.

**611519 Estimated Period of Performance:** Base year of 01 Feb 2026 through 31 January 2027, plus 4 option years, and a 52.217-8, six month extension if required.

**Solicitation Access:** Interested eligible 8(a) participants are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation and associated documentation as soon as possible. The solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement into the 8(a) Program.

**Gulfport, Mississippi Type of Contract:** Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) The RFP will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP, attachments or amendments will be provided.
