FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510 – Hardware Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
