Part Number: SUB017031 Description: CUSTOM VME SUBRACK Quantity: 28 Each FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.
