N66001-24-Q-6222 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Southwest Research Institute (SwRI)

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a (Non-commercial), Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

ITEM 0001: 1133-1400-01 ASSEMBLY INTERCONNECTING BOX QTY: 3 This is a sole source procurement for Assembly Interconnecting Boxes on behalf of NIWC Pacific. The Assembly Interconnecting Boxes are required for antenna system power and control. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
