## Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a (Non-commercial), Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

**ITEM 0001:** 1133-1400-01 ASSEMBLY INTERCONNECTING BOX QTY: 3 This is a sole source procurement for Assembly Interconnecting Boxes on behalf of NIWC Pacific. The Assembly Interconnecting Boxes are required for antenna system power and control. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
