Notice of Intent – Cables

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to a vendor that is capable of building the cables to the defined technical specifications. The Government has a requirement for the production of (Qty 22) cables covering drawings 7014282_29355_20240530_RevX4, 7014283_29355_20240530_RevX4, 7014284_29355_20240530_RevX4, and 7014285_29355_20240530_RevX5.

The applicable NAICS code is 335931, PSC 5995. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.104, promoting competition under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement.

Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 4PM EST. All responses received by Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 4PM EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining the acquisition strategy.
