## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to a vendor that is capable of building the cables to the defined technical specifications. The Government has a requirement for the production of (Qty 22) cables covering drawings 7014282_29355_20240530_RevX4, 7014283_29355_20240530_RevX4, 7014284_29355_20240530_RevX4, and 7014285_29355_20240530_RevX5.

The applicable NAICS code is 335931, PSC 5995. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.104, promoting competition under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement.

Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 4PM EST. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Zachary Johnson at Zachary.r.johnson100.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 4PM EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining the acquisition strategy.
