GE Power Conversion Naval Systems N64498-24-R-4044

THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement to provide ongoing engineering design and analysis, testing, installation, maintenance and repair, and training support services for the Navy Energy Recirculation System (ERS) system employing General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems as directed by NSWCPD.

The Contractor shall provide these services in support of any Navy ERS system employing General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems as directed by NSWCPD, utilizing other than full and open competition, from General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems Inc. IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” as only General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems Inc. meets the Government's requirements.

NSWCPD intends to issue a solicitation to the specified vendor to meet mission requirements. Prior to issuing a sole source solicitation, NSWCPD is requesting information in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy. A copy of the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.
