IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” as only General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems Inc. meets the Government's requirements. NSWCPD intends to issue a solicitation to the specified vendor to meet mission requirements. Prior to issuing a sole source solicitation, NSWCPD is requesting information in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy.
