PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation # N4523A25Q0044 is being issued for the lease of one (1) 2.5MW Load bank, 4160V-480V Transformer, Overcurrent Protection, and MV Cabling.

The Period of Performance: 01 September 2025 through 31 December 2025. AMENDMENT 1: The combined synopsis and solicitation (attached) has been amended to reflect that interested vendors must submit documentation showcasing techincal specifications for all proposed equipment. The offers due by date has been adjusted to 08/19/2025 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
