## Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation # N4523A25Q0044 is being issued for the lease of one (1) 2.5MW Load bank, 4160V-480V Transformer, Overcurrent Protection, and MV Cabling.
