Resumes shall clearly demonstrate that the Staff possesses the qualifications and experience required for their designated positions. Note, Resumes for Tradesperson must reflect the experience required under the requested Trade SOW . Resumes for On-Site Supervisors must reflect the same experience, training, and qualifications as the Tradesperson (SOW) and 5 years experience supervising that Trade (SOW ). These periods of experience cannot overlap.

The resume for the Program Manager shall reflect the experience in SOW. Offerors shall submit three (3) Past Performance references, using the Past Performance Information Form or another format with the same content. These Past Performance references may describe an Offerors experience as either a prime or subcontractor.
